Would it please be possible to have in a future release of V1.9.3 a No Comma webtag giving the highest wind reading in the last hour ?

It would be possible in a future version,yes. It won't be in 1.9.3 as I am not doing any more significant changes to that now, and this would be a significant change as there is no existing code to maintain the value for such a web tag.
