Cumulus Support

I have set up my station and it has worked now for a couple of weeks. This morning I see the error message below when I start CUMULUS. I have:
1. re-booted the computer.
2. Unplugged the console from the computer and re-plugged it

Can you tell me - how do I "re-set" the console?

The station memory has become corrupted; to reset it, you will need to unplug it from the computer and remove the batteries. Unfortunately you will lose any stored data in the logger, which may mean you have a gap in your data in Cumulus.
