Cumulus Support

We're having an outage with Backyard Stations causing data to display on the Backyard Stations test page, but the Backyard Stations test page to also display a data failure, which is also causing Backyard Stations to not appear. I've notified our teams about it, and we're working to resolve the issue. As soon as I have an update, I will post it here, as well as backyard.weatherbug.com. Thank you for your patience and cooperation during this time.

It appears that our Backyard Stations Network is back online again. If you are still having issues transmitting data to us, please email me directly at backyard@weatherbug.com and I will personally work with you to get your station back online. For those who have already emailed in with an issue, no need to re-email. I will be reaching out to you personally as soon as I have a free moment to ensure your station is back online. Thanks again for your patience.
