Cumulus Support

I have someone who's trying to send their Backyard Station data to our WeatherBug network, and when I generate a test link, I see a data failure:

According to his screenshot, everything looks properly configured to me. I've attached his screenshot and Cumulus log.

Can you tell what would be going on why data isn't reaching us and I'm seeing a data failure?

You can see the update URL which Cumulus generates, in the debug.log file:

Weatherbug appears to be returning a 'success' response:

4215.34420 : 4:55:14 PM WeatherBug Response Code: 200 Response = Successfully Received QueryString Data

I figured out what's up. There's an outage on our end. Thanks for chiming in with the info. I'll post a thread here soon informing everyone.

It appears that our Backyard Stations Network is back online again. If you are still having issues transmitting data to us, please email me directly at backyard@weatherbug.com and I will personally work with you to get your station back online. For those who have already emailed in with an issue, no need to re-email. I will be reaching out to you personally as soon as I have a free moment to ensure your station is back online.
