When I first installed it, it looked fine, but now it is only txt....
What do I do..?

You're missing the style sheet - weatherstyle.css. It looks like you're also missing the javascript files which the gauges need. The files are all in the 'webfiles' folder in Cumulus; all you need to do to set up a web site is to copy the contents of that folder to your web site with ftp.
