Hi there,
I came to find Cumulus closed down several hours ago during the night and went to restart it this morning. All data loaded back but the graphs are resetting again. I have just upgraded to Cumulus v1.9.3 but I can't remember what I did before to stop this error from happening.
Please help!
Will

All is well after looking at another post, edited the error in the Nov12.txt file. Line was out of bounds.

Have you seen the FAQ? http://wiki.sandaysoft.com/a/FAQ#When_I ... rlier_data
If that doesn't help, zip up the diags folder and attach it, along with your Nov12log.txt file, please

Re: Graphs will not load back!
Hi Steve,
Thanks for the quick reply. Yes, I had a look on there and remembered the Diags folder. Then, I went on and found it was something to do with the log file so I checked the latest file in the Diags folder and found than an error was in the log file. It was out of bounds (place) so I corrected it and put it back in line with the others and boom! Will this ever happen again?
Thanks
Will

Re: Graphs will not load back!
It may do, the file can get corrupted for a number of reasons. Cumulus normally flashes the error light and the error window tells you where the problem is.williamwilbur wrote:Will this ever happen again?

That's not good. Oh well. I keep getting that error that I had today quite a bit, is there a way to stop it?
Thanks so much for your help.

Re: Graphs will not load back!
Typically it might be caused by things like the PC suddenly shutting down without Cumulus being cleanly closed, or hard drive errors, etc. It's not something that you would normally see if everything was running correctly. I never see it, for example.williamwilbur wrote:I keep getting that error that I had today quite a bit, is there a way to stop it?
I'm puzzled by you saying that you keep getting the error. Up until a few hours ago, you didn't know what the problem was, and have only just corrected it. How could you know you keep getting it unless you had previously fixed it?
