forecast html code

Hello everyone

I cant use php.It is difficult for me.I dont know where to begin and i know that most forecast scripts are for php (WU etc).
Is there a code to embed to the existing html code in order to have a descent forecast? I dont like yowindow and similar stuff.I want something simple regarding graphics but serious and reliable regarding forecast.Do you have an idea?

You don't say how much space you want it to take up or what language.
