Pressure jump

I had a pressure jump yesterday morning, and it seems to have stuck there.
I can only assume the sensor has gone up the shoot.....so I have manually adjusted it on the console

Did the jump coincide with a restart of Cumulus? I'm wondering if it's the relative/absolute pressure offset. But the pressure after the jump looks too high, suggesting that it is the sensor, as you suspect. Does the absolute reading look sensible, or is it way off?

Have just reset my console to check relative vs absolute
Relative = 1013.2 (without offset adjustment)
Absolute - 993.5
So Absolute looks like a more realistic value to me.
It may have coincided with a restart.
I did have a message on Cumulus within the last 48 hours, and I can't recall when it was telling me that to check the USB connection, as the Cumulus couldn't find the console.
I didn't notice at that time if the pressure had increased significantly

Your sensor looks OK to me. You're reading 993, but at 52m ASL you need to add about 5 hPA to get to seal level, making 998, which is about right for the current sea level pressure in your area. So you just need to adjust your console's relative pressure to 998. You'll need to restart Cumulus when you've done that, to pick up the change.

All adjusted.....just glad it's not gone erratic like the last console did....still strange that it did jump up like that though
