I got this error this morning about 4 times. I have seen it before but normally one time
I am using Version 1.9.3 Build 1052
11/1/2012 11:30:31 AM : Error writing monthlyalltime.ini: Cannot create file "C:\Cumulus\data\monthlyalltime.ini". The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process

Something else on your system (e.g. anti-virus software) has the file locked and is preventing Cumulus writing to it.
