Re: Cumulus deletes index file in FTP error
OK SO..........This is happening again. I have updated to the newest. I have copied over the .ini and data files just like the fix worked last time but this time still no go. I can manually upload the Index file and the site works great. As soon as Cumulus does a web update to index file is gone.
Please Please Please Help....

Re: Cumulus deletes index file in FTP error
To clarify - you are saying that if you do a manual update, the index.htm file appears on your web site correctly, but after an automatic update, the file gets deleted?
Is this your site? http://heatofthemoment.ca/
I've been watching it for a few minutes (it's currently 01:30 your time) and it's updating correctly, and I can see your index.htm file after every update.
If there is a problem, then presumably it is intermittent, and is related to problems with the connection to the ftp server. Please do the following:
1. If you have an existing ftplog.txt file in the Cumulus folder, delete it
2. Turn on ftp logging
3. As soon as you see that the problem has occurred, zip up the diags folder and attach it to a reply here, together with the ftplog.txt file and a screen shot of your Cumulus internet settings screen.
