Re: This period problem again
That file is identical to the fixed one I uploaded for you, so Cumulus hasn't written any new entries to it since then, for some reason. If you zip up the diags folder and attach it, I'll take a look.

Hi Steve:
Here is the Diag. file you asked me to send you. I'm not sure if it Cumulus that caused the problem or the viruse I had on this PC. Thank you fortaking the time and having a look for me. I couldn't get it to load the file sorry for so many uploads.

Re: This period problem again
It's a real pain having to deal with the files separately like that, and the crucial one, cumulus.004 is missing, unfortunately.
It looks like you closed Cumulus down on the stroke of midnight; it's going to get very confused if you do that. I've tried to make it cope with stopping and starting at awkward times, but it's very hard to cope in every situation. The end result was apparently that it didn't do the daily rollover. If you do that every night, you'll be in the situation you're in now. The files only go back to yesterday (there's one for each of the last 10 times you started Cumulus) so I can't confirm that's the case.
However - did you actually close it down at midnight, or do you perhaps have one of the 'restart' options selected? Maybe you are hitting some kind of problem at midnight every night.
You should be able to use the dayfile.txt editor to create the missing entries.
Edit: Just spotted this in one of the files:
10/30/2012 03:41:46.484 : Windows SUSPEND broadcast received
10/30/2012 03:49:53.500 : Error!!! Failed to write to USB!
10/30/2012 03:50:00.656 : *** Data input appears to have stopped
You're allowing your PC to go to sleep while Cumulus is running, so that would explain the missing dayfile.txt entries. You probably have missing data in the data logs too. You need to stop your PC suspending while Cumulus is running.

Re: This period problem again
There are instructions for attaching the diags files in the post linked to at the top of the forum ("Please click here before posting"). See if that works for you.
Having turned off sleeping, did you get a new in entry in dayfile.txt for 30th October?

Re: This period problem again
Should be OK from now on. Did the dayfile editor create you some reasonable looking entries for the missed days?

Hi Steve:
I didn't want to create any entries, I didn't want to make things worse than what it already is, and I also was waiting to see what you had to say.

You've upload the diags files. I thought you were uploading the dayfile.txt for me to look at? Anyway, I'm sure it's fine.
