Downloading uploading data

Hello to all.
I have a question. When we close the pc,the station is not keeping in memory the data for every 5 minutes? I shut down my pc yesterday for 35 minutes and as i saw in october logs, this period i havnt any entry. Is it normal? I didnt have seen this befor because my station is working 24/24.

What logger interval have you set in the station? Have you actually set it to 5 minutes?

I've seen cases in the past where Fine Offset stations stop logging - you can still get live data from them, but they keep writing the data to the same location in their memory, so there is no history kept. That may not be the problem here; if you zip up the diags folder and attach it, I'll take a look.

First h clear the memory. Then I close cumulus at 11.30 and i open it at 12.00. There arnt entrires that period.

Your station's logger interval is 60 minutes.

You can change it using the utility that you can find on the downloads page.

I Thought tha the interva, is from cumulus /configuration
Edit: I use the set loger and it said 5 min interval

Nothng change. It say 5 min interval but when its close it erites again when i open. Same think with tha station of a friend. I ll check also with hime the interval with the program.

The logging interval in Cumulus is not connected to the logging interval in the station. If the station's interval is set to 5 minutes but it's still logging at 60 minute intervals, then you may need to reset the station. Try setting it to one minute, wait a few minutes and then run Cumulus, and see how many entries it downloads.

I did that. (In one minute) But it still continue to have entrance every five min.

Perhaps my SetLogger utility doesn't work with your station. It appears that you were running it at the same time as Cumulus, though? Do you not see what it says about that?

At what point between 1600 and 1630 did you close Cumulus, and for how long?

I just open it for the print screen. It was a few min before 16.00. But i do it again e few min before. I did reset to the station and here is the result:

Finally it works with reset
Is the set logger works also with Lacrosse station?

A friend of mani with such station has the same problem. And as he told me he cant connect.

No, only with Fine Offset stations. I may add support for other stations at some point.
