CWOP updates erratic

I know things have been changing with the servers - http://wxqa.com/news.html but the last change was 20/9. Only cwop2 and cwop3 are active.

Starting yesterday, only the odd value has been getting through, I mean only a few an hour http://www.findu.com/cgi-bin/rawwx.cgi?call=CW1115 Most have been picked up by cwop3, cwop2 seems to be serving only half as much traffic according to http://www.wxqa.com/checkservers2.html.

Is there anything I can do to improve things?

The DNS for cwop.aprs.net still gives cwop1 as a valid server, even though it doesn't seem to be working. You could defeat the rotation mechanism and use one server; but if everyone did that I guess the problems that CWOP appear to be having would only get worse.
