Cumulus Support

Hello

Please can I have some help - the connection between the station and sensors was disrupted last night and since then Cumulus just freezes on the downloading data screen for hours on end.

I have tried looking at similar problems people have had and still not sure what to do. I have zipped up the Diags folder if that's helpful. Thanks.

The station isn't responding to requests for data, you'll need to reset it - remove batteries and USB cable.

Is there a particular reason why the stations seem to stop sending data? My WS2083 has started doing this too and it's bloody annoying loosing all the data.

No-one knows. It happens to users of other software, and it appears to affect recent models (produced in the last year or two?) more than earlier ones; in fact the earlier ones seem completely immune, as far as I can tell.
