Hi
With the Feed-In Tariff producers of wind turbine power receive a payment subsidised by us all - it would seem fair to me that on the occasions that they are not producing and are using power from the grid that they should pay for that power at the same cost as the subsidised income they receive. The net power fed to the grid is zero so the net income should also be zero. I wonder what others might think.
