Trends Graphs not updating

Hello

I'm a bit stumped - Cumulus has stopped uploading my PNG files with new graph data on my trends page. On my site all I can see are old graphs and the last one seems to be on 01/09/12. What has happened? When I look through the PNG files on my webspace it confirms they havent been updated since that time. How and where does Cumulus create these trend graphs from the data?

Really confused, please help!

The first thing to check is whether the graph images are being created in the Cumulus web\images folder. If they are, the next thing to check is that you haven't accidentally unticked 'include standard images' on the files tab of the internet settings. If those checks are OK, then you have an ftp problem. Turn on the ftp logging, and after a web update should have occurred, attach the ftplog.txt file here and I'll have a look. Please also give a link to your web site.

In my web folder there are only the website files, no Images folder!!?!

Well that would certainly explain why Cumulus can't upload any images, if the folder it creates them in has been deleted. Try creating the folder and see if that fixes the problem.

All solved by creating the folder again!

No idea why it disappeared in the first place! Many thanks!
