Hi, I would like to know if it is possible replace forecast in "canvas_status" with metar, supposing to have a file where is stored the metar of nearest airport text

The easiest way would be to get metar into the Cumulus CurrentConditions.txt file, then replace the <#forecast> tag in the cumulusrealtimegaugesT.txt with the <#currcond> tag.
