WRM100 Station working but software not receiving any data

The above line pretty much explains the problem ,

Cumulus is seeing my unit but not getting any data from it , If I unplug the USB from the PC and start up Cumulus the error light comes on and tells me that it cant connect to the station , If I plug the USB back in and open the software again I get no error light but still all my readings are at 0.

Am I doing something wrong here , ?

I would imagine that the station isn't sending any data, which does happen with these stations from time to time. You can confirm this by turning on the debug log in Cumulus (which would normally show the packets of data being received), and you can probably get the station going again by resetting it.

If I wanted to go and clear my logs and start new what would I need to do ?

To completely start again with no data? Delete the data folder (and optionally edit the 'StartDate' in cumulus.ini).
