Cumulus Support

Hi Using the Watson weather station here with good results, noticed lately my station isnt recording rain on the cumulus software anyone have any suggestions would appreciate it

Rainfall tipper bucket stuck. Mine had a spiders web around it, but with amount of rain we have had lately they don't dare go in there now !!

Is the console itself recording rain?

yes it is so it cant be stuck although i will check this out soon

If you zip up the diags folder and attach it, I'll take a look.

I've just had a look at your graphs, and they all flat-lined just after 10:00 today; including the internal ones, so it's probably not just a loss of contact with the outdoor transmitter. Is Cumulus not flashing the error light?

Hi ive just been out and removed the cover on rain collector there was a spiders web i have moved it maunally and its recording now so will have to wait until some more rain falls many thanks for the help appreciate it.

On another note i would like to put a weather banner in my signature on the web page how do i do this, does it use the info from my weather station, sorry im not up on all the jargon
