Can't quite work what I've done but all of my pages look like this after I added the link to steeliegauges...
Any ideas?

You're missing the style sheet (weatherstyle.css). This normally goes in the same directory as the web pages, and each page has a link to it in the header, thus:
<link href="weatherstyle.css" rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" />
<link href="weatherstyle.css" rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" />
