You're using a very old beta version of Cumulus. You need to install the release version of 1.9.2.

Yes I know, but I made a lot of changes in the appearance of the program and on the website. Is it possible to install the new version to the previous settings are retained? I mean the settings such as:
language in the program and website

An install doesn't change any settings. See http://wiki.sandaysoft.com/a/FAQ#How_do ... release.3F, particularly the part about the web pages.
