Build 1043 states that it fixes issue re assigning observations across month boundary.
That makes me wonder if there should be web tags related to the current log files
Today (showing date of last rollover for today)
Month (showing current month until month updated)
For midnight rollover, these match computer day/month, but for 9 or 10am rollover, day and month respectively would relate to previous calendar day in the early hours.
Just a thought that I'm not raising yet as an enhancement request, partly because it might be extremely simple.
The former I easily work out in a script from comparing parseInt("<#rollovertime>", 10) with #LastDataReadT format=h.
The latter is already available as #LastDataReadT format=mmmm
(this was my test of another new beta feature!)

Re: Month boundary
It wouldn't be difficult to provide a web tag with the current 'meteorological' date (with the usual format parameter).

Re: Month boundary
The question is then thrown open to everyone:
'Would other Cumulus users benefit from such a Meteorological Day tag (with format parameters available)?'

Re: Month boundary
I don't think it's worth debating, to be honest; it's about 5 lines of code, and doesn't affect anything else, so I'll just add it anyway before the next build.

Re: Month boundary
ok and thanks - maybe future standard Cumulus templates for today and this month will use it to enhance their headings.
Midnight seems most popular rollover, and it would still work with that.
There are also many sites that use 9am (or 10am in summer), and in some countries that is standard for reporting; so I'm sure it would enrich those sites.
I've seen the complicated enhancement request for a country that expects different rollover time for one parameter compared to rest, but that is irrelevent at present.
