My station/webcam down at the moment due to a dead computer, motherboard died, had to take it to a computer shop to recover the cumulus folder, HOPEFULLY picking up a 2nd hand PC tonight to get it all back up and running again

Was the problem domed capacitors on the motherboard?

Don't know just dead mobo, got 2nd pc, just havin hard time getting the driver for wireless adapter installed on it, thankfully the station still has memory for the missed days!

You'd be surprised at the nimber of motherboards, power supplies, DVD readers, Dishwashers, etc I repair for the "Domed Capacitor" problem

Sometimes it is better to replace the whole motherboard than to change 8 or 10 capacitors on a multilayer board.
Good luck with the 2nd hand computer....have a look inside to see if the capacitors are domed
