No Data

Post by Lurch4207 »

Hi My rain sensor was cleaned today causing a huge record of rainfall. As I researched I found I could make changes in the log. However when I went to the data folder it is empty. I have searched for the dayfile on my computer but it is not found. I am uploading to the web every 5 min. do you know why there is no data and if there is another way to change the error?

Thanks so much in advance

You're running Windows 7, so my guess would be this: http://wiki.sandaysoft.com/a/FAQ#I_can. ... a_files.21

If that isn't the problem, please zip up the diags folder and attach it.

Steve
You got it thanks so much. I tried to read and find that info but missed it.

Thanks again.......to be honest I did not know there was any support, wiki, or updates till I had an issue. I am still on 1.9.0. Would you suggest the upgrade?

Yes, definitely; to 1.9.2 at least. There are many bug fixes and new facilities between 1.9.0 and 1.9.2.
