Cumulus Support

I am having problem since putting Cumulus And Filezilla on there own pc pages are timing out also getting error 500 all the time I did send logs to Ray but I can no loger retrieve them to put them on here I'm sure it will all work in the end when it's all settled on there own pc then it will not be touched any advice.

Filezilla is simply a piece of software that allows you to copy Cumulus setup files to your webserver. Once that is done there is rarely a need to use it.

I'm attaching the two files you sent me this morning. But you need to be specific about what the problem is. I see your website hasn't been updated since 08:30 this morning. Perhaps the files you sent may be helpful to Steve.

The bugreport.txt file is for a 'knock on' error where it was going to log an error message, probably saying that it couldn't find the station. I don't know what the Easyweather file is for, but if you're trying to run Easyweather at the same time as Cumulus, it's not surprising that Cumulus is having problems.

I don't run easy weather at the same time I just need it to clear the data of the weather forcaster device because
I don't think I can do it via Cumulus.

You do not need to clear the memory of the weather station as the memory is cyclic, i.e. when it is full it overwrites the oldest data and continues.
