variation in Humidity Graph Displays between Cumulus and Web

Post by Metman »

Hi,

Can anyone advise why my Humidity Graph on the Web is different to my Cumulus Humidity Graph.

I have attached screen shot showing both on screen at the same time to assist.
I have also zipped up my DIAGS Folder in case its needed.

The main differences are as follows :

1. The Graph base line in Cumulus is correct ie : 10:00 to 22:00 whereas the baseline on the web site
is 03:00 to 14:30 approximately I have done a manual update a couple of times to the web to see if
anything changes - but it does'nt.

2. The data on the Web site shows a completey different result and shape - in fact the Inside &
Outside Humidity actually cross over one another?!

All the other Graphs on both Cumulus and the Website appear to be ok?!

Can anyone advise, I've looked through most of Cumulus and Wiki Help pages but cannot see anything
obvious to explain it.

Regards

Metman (Mark)

Hi,

Thanks for your quick response.

I tried ctrl F5 as you said but still no difference.

However:-

I have a weird FTP Log Screen, which I have always had since I started last week . I just assumed it was normal - see attached.

Could this be something to do with it - it goes into "Graph Files" for about 3 minutes then finally comes
up with the last two or three lines ??!!

Thanks for your assistance,

Regards

Metman

It's undoubtedly an ftp problem, but the manual ftp 'progress' window is of no use for diagnosing this. Turn on ftp logging and the ftplog.txt file should show the errors.
