my web page does not seem to update as it should be every 15 min
it was doing any ideas.

Geoff, do you have auto update ticked in Internet settings. Is the red error light flasing?

yes the arrow is ticked and red light was flashing with an error 426 now red light gone of but also even worse my pc has just crashed I have all the details I need I think except filezilla
that I will find I can see its going to be one of those day I should have stayed in bed.

Sounds like a error uploading, you mentioned a 426 error. I leave that to someone else who knows better about uploading errors.
Btw once you click on the error light its stops flashing until it happens again.

Thanks Matt I am still having problems don't know if it is just here or if anyone else looks at web site last time clocked was 7.58 unless you click on now at the bottom of web page then it goes to 09.00.

Any help with this would be appreciated.

At the time of this post is shows 10am. Often you may need to refresh (F5) to get the lastest. Its seems to be updating but maybe not every time. But sorry I don't have much experience in web errors and websites, I only been running a web site since February of this year, there is still plenty for me to learn.

Just noticed, have a look at this thread, seems like the same issue: https://cumulus.hosiene.co.uk/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=7807 and read Steve post regarding the caching. But once you refresh I think it it should show the up to date page. This is what happened at my site all the time, but a refresh solves it. I also use the Glovine free hosting.

I've been looking at it regularly for the last hour, and it's updating every 15 minutes. Every time I go to the site, I get the latest data without having to refresh.

I have the same problem when I view my own site using work PCs that run IE6.

Just press CTRL+F5 and it forces a complete refresh.

Yes I got that now thanks I think thats what it was.
