Cumulus not loading

I think I've has this problem before but can't find it back.

Cumulus hangs up when loading the data. Everything has been fine for 6 months or more but I happened to unplug the receiver and the display disappeared. Plugged it back in and still faint. Changed the batteries and everything good again {whooppee}.

However C froze up, so I shut it down (normally stays on 24/7 ) and when I restarted it, it hangs up. Tried several times but same thing.

Please help.

Later - Thought I'd better add. When I said 24/7, It actually got shut down once a week or so for one reason or another (not C related) but always started back up fine. This time it seems to load data for awhile (the various numbers change and the wind needle moves as data is read) then it freezes.

Edit cumulus.ini and add a line

logging=1

to the [Station] section. If you have an existing file called debug.log in the Cumulus folder, delete it. Then start Cumulus. When it hangs, wait five minutes and then shut it down. Zip up the diags folder and attach it, along with the new debug.log file.

The station just isn't saying anything. Cumulus can tell that it's connected, but it doesn't send any data when Cumulus asks for it. I don't know what to suggest other than resetting the station.

How do I reset the station? Just unplug it and take the batteries out?
