If you have installed the standard cumulus-supplied html pages and set everything up in accordance with the instructions then you should be seeing max and min temps and all other data.

A link to your site would be a good start. More info means people stand a better chance of helping you.

I get the following message accessing your site:

"Forbidden
You don't have permission to access / on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request"

To use min and max figures from Cumulus you use webtags that are listed here: http://wiki.sandaysoft.com/a/Webtags or in the help.
Look at the today and yesterday section of that Wiki page for min and max tags for today and yesterday.

I hope that helps.

I've been able to access your site and the page where your graphs are. I'm a bit confused because that is quite a well-designed site but you aren't using any of the supplied Cumulus web pages. If you have enough html/php knowledge to design those pages then surely you have enough to extract the information from the webtags in Cumulus.

Matt has given you the links to the relevant help sections to get min/max temps plus anything else you want to extract from Cumulus-supplied data.

I can't help with specific php pages, sorry.

I got to your site by adding .index.php to the address.

I not sure if you referrring to the actual min and max values of today or yesterday ( which I gave info on ) or the min and max graph of the the temperature in the last month. You have been able to add the other graphs to your site so should be able to do the same with the graph you might be asking about.

You seem to be using a derivitive of saratogaWX / carterlake php templates. These use their own php style "webtags" which you can add to if necessary. All info should have downloaded or within the files themselves.

Someone may here may help you, but have you investigated the forum that supports the templates first ?

stormchaser911, it looks like you are using v. 1.9.0 an older version of Cumulus. By upgrading to current build v1.9.2 you will be able to take advantage of many new additional webtags and features.

Stormchaser (a name would be better) ;) ,

Firstly, make yourself aware of the latest version of Cumulus by keeping an eye on the 'Announcements and News' section of the Forum. You can install the latest beta. They're all very stable.

I suspected you had your site built for you as otherwise you wouldn't be asking all these questions. It's sometimes better to go with the supplied html files and then learn how to tweak them as you learn HTML. That way you aren't in a position where you have a splendid website but don't really know how to maintain it. ;)

If you want to see the Cumulus-supplied graphs you would be best advised to use some if not all of the Cumulus-supplied web pages. Load them into a separate area on your website and they will give you all you need.

One final tip. Don't use the 3D option on your graphs. It makes reading them very difficult.

You might also include a link to your site in your signature.

From your Weather Station Status page:
Your Cumulus realtime is Current and this data appears to show on your Saratoga template's main page.
Your Cumulus FTP is Not Current and latest info 06-Apr-2012
Your Cumulus weather data is Not Current and latest info 27-Jan-2011

Unfortunatelly I cannot help you with this but perhaps as beteljuice mentioned asking your specific question at https://cumulus.hosiene.co.uk/viewtopic.php?f=18&t=4561 where someone may help.

Your website is very good and hopefully someone can help you with adding the additional Cumulus webtags that you want to your Saratogo template.

While everyone has different views and taste, i tend to agree with Ray re use of 3D graphs.

There is something very wrong with your saratoga templates set-up. It would seem you have NEVER got all the Cumulus data uploaded properly.

If you check out: http://www.nyupstateweather.com/CUtags.php?sce=view and
http://www.nyupstateweather.com/CUtags.php?sce=dump
you will see that it is the original (not locally formated) file, and has never been processed and uploaded ! (As it says the file that is processed / uploaded is CUtagsT.htm)

It would seem that only data that is being taken from your realtime.txt is being updated.

<#webtags> are only used in files that are processed and uploaded by Cumulus (like above), your pages are (I would have thought) 'static' (uploaded once) then populated with data from other files (like above).

Once 'fixed' it is those variable name values you need to put into your .php pages.

This MUST have been done already by someone !

I am sure that Ken from Saratoga would be of great help to you on this. By posting in https://cumulus.hosiene.co.uk/viewtopic.php?f=18&t=4561 Ken may see your difficulty and chime in to help, so again I suggest asking your questions there.

stormchaser911 (or what ever your first name is), have you taken the time (any time) to even read the information pages Ken True has written for the installation and configuration of the AJAX-PHP Saratoga templates!

You are dealing with advanced PHP templates, certainly way too advanced for any beginner weather station operator and webmaster - you might be better to install the Cumulus-supplied templates and learn how to modify basic HTML code before getting involved with the complexities of PHP...
