Geoff,

Do you have "active FTP Mode" set in Internet settings? Try turning it off if you do and then try a manual web update. I can monitor the contents of your server.

Still no joy. Did you do a manual web update from Cumulus?

Okay, thanks Geoff. It's going to need Steve to help here. If Cumulus is uploading without reporting any errors then that's a scenario that isn't covered in the Wiki FAQs.

It might be worth while turning on FTP logging but he'll advise you what to do.

Zero length files are usually a firewall problem, and the only suggestion I would have in that case has already been suggested - toggle the 'active ftp' setting.

The ftp log may give some clues.

Geoff,

What Steve meant was to turn on FTP Logging and do a manual update then turn off FTP Logging.

It produces a file in the Cumulus folder called ftplog.txt. Zip that up and attach it to a message here.

You'll find FTP Logging under the Configuration menu.

Geoff,

With respect, I don't think you understand what you're being asked. You haven't uploaded a log for Steve to look at. Until you do that he won't be able to tell you what the problem is.

Create the log as I described and then attach it to a message here. Alternatively, send it to my email address.

the instructions are 3 messages up. You do it in Cumulus. Under Configuration select FTP Logging. A tick appars against it. Then do a manual update to your server and then go back to the Configuration menu and click FTP Logging again to switch it off. You only want it on once otherwise it creates an enormous file.

The ftplog.txt is in the main Cumulus folder. Sent it to me if you don't know how to attach it to a message here.

There are no errors at all in there. If you look in the 'web' folder in Cumulus, you'll see the latest index.htm file - does that file have content, or is it also empty?

Your images are uploading OK, e.g. http://www.rhylweather.freeglovine.com/images/temp.png so I don't know why the html pages aren't.

You're still using active ftp mode, by the way. Maybe that's the problem.
