I would imagine that either the wrong user name and/or password are being used, or there's a problem with the config at Glovine. FTP servers are (deliberately) vague with error messages for incorrect logins, for obvious reasons.

Thanks Steve. Geoff has now changed it back so we'll see where that gets him.

Geoff, when you've copied the files and folders to your server try doing a manual upload in Cumulus. File - Web Update. A box will open showing the progress. When it say's Logging off the transfer was successful.

I'm back at work tomorrow so hopefully we can get you sorted today.

Thanks Ray I am trying my best but am struggiing to find all the core files and getting files to stay on filezilla im even now just useing one hard drive for Cumulus so they should be there.

Still trying no joy I'm just not getting it on filezilla were says host is that ftp.www.rhylweather.freeglovine.com and then the pass word they have given to me then it say port I have put 21 although that keep disapearing

That error message suggests you haven't got the right settings for connecting to the server via FTP. I think you'll need to go back to freeglovine and give them the info you're using to login. Ask them why you're getting that error.

Geoff forwarded me the login details from glovine and I was able to log in. I've copied the required files to his server so once he corrects his FTP details in Cumulus he should be okay.

Hi thanks yet again just done a manual update on cumulus and it said succsefull it all so past on to file zilla and said succsefull but I still can't get a web page up it says not found.

This is the contents of the public_html folder.

index.htm is there but it is zero length.

Which suggests no data is being processed by Cumulus yet the realtime.txt file is being generated.

Have any files been omitted from the upload to the server?

not sure it just said all succsefull.

All the Cumulus html files I tested are zero length. The folder structure is there and the static content, but the images are not being uploaded either.

It's probably going to need Steve's expertise to work out what's happening.

But just to prove some data is being updated here is the realtime data. How often do you have that set for? Around a minute is quite okay.
