The annual rainfall total is calculated from the daily totals in dayfile.txt.

Please zip up the diags folder and attach it, together with your dayfile.txt file.

When you started Cumulus at 08:28 on the 9th June, it hadn't been run (in that folder, with that data) since 7th May, and your logger data - at a 1-minute interval - didn't go back far enough to cover all of the missing period. Consequently, most of the rain since that date was recorded for 9th June - 13.18 inches. You can correct that day's value using the dayfile.txt editor on the edit menu, and then restart Cumulus. You can then apply a 'year to date' value in the station settings to allow for the rain which has fallen on the days this year where you haven't been using Cumulus.

If you want to correct this month's total, you will have to either add the amount missing for the days where you haven't been using Cumulus in June to an existing entry for June in dayfile.txt (thus making that day's total incorrect), or you can create a dummy entry in dayfile.txt for a day in June with just the extra rainfall for June. Note that if you do this, it will also affect your annual total.
