Another webtag suggestion - longest warm and cold spells.

Hi Steve,
Amongst the many records I keep on my Access database fed from dayfile.txt is the longest period where the daytime maximum equalled or exceeded 21C or the magic 70F. My all-time record stands at 14 days back in 2010 ending on 4 July.
21C is a threshold I decided on. In your part of the world it would probably be a lower temperature and in warmer parts of the world it would be significantly higher.
What I'm suggesting is a new webtag that would count the number of days the temperature exceeded a user-defined value. The ending date would also be useful. Is this something you might be interested in adding? Is it possible using a user-defined value?
Suggested periods would be ThisYear, LastYear and AllTime. Of course the same principal could also be used for a minimum temperature.
