Cumulus Support

I have only just noticed that wind chill is calculating above the 10oc cut off. I have checked cumulus wiki, and found I need to add “UseWindChillCutOff=1” in the .ini. I was going to add it in the station section as shown below, or does it need to go somewhere specific?

UseWindChillCutOff=1
