I checked february weather in "This month" and find out there has been snow lying for 29 days !! :o
It has been snow lying all days in february but its only 28 this year.

I find out that the "Air frost" value is not reset to zero if its no days with Air Frost.

If I look at february its 28 days with "Air frost" and look to march it should be zero to day (1/3)
the same if I look att sept 2008 but if I look at january it change to 25 days and stay at 25 if I look to a month with zero

You probably have 29 entries in dayfile.txt for February. It looks up the snow data from the weather diary for every day that's in dayfile.txt, but it doesn't check for duplicates.
I find out that the "Air frost" value is not reset to zero if its no days with Air Frost.

This only happens if the month you switch to has no data (e.g. March 2009 has no data yet). It doesn't clear the air frost field as it does with all the others if it doesn't find any data. It's easy enough to fix to keep it tidy, so I'll fix it.
