Fine Offset stations aren't capable of measuring rain to 2 decimal places, so Cumulus only displays 1. There is currently no way to change this.

You can't change the accuracy of your weather station just by adding a multiplier in Cumulus. The station can't measure rain to an accuracy of more than 1 decimal place; it would therefore be spurious accuracy for Cumulus to display two decimal places.

Hahahaha. You want to measure a tenth of a tenth of 1mm. That's funny. Go look at a manual raingauge and you'll be pressed to measure to to a tenth of 1mm, then try a further tenth. Good luck. Your splitting hairs here and it's really not worth the trouble. You've obviously done a calibration with a manual raingauge to come out with that multiplyer, so stop doubting it and go with it, otherwise wait for a decent amount of rain (not 1.08mm:) and recalibrate.
One way around is to to adjust the catchment area so that the calibration you make makes each tip an amount that only has 1 decimal place. ie 0.1mm, 0.2mm, 0.3mm. Then you will no longer have this issue.

Just looked at my website, main page (as you do), and there right up the top, is rain measurement......to two decimal places. Bahahahahaha.

But in my defence, it's the Weather Underground banner, and they are crap at converting mm to inch and back again ;)

There you, if you want measurement to two decimal places, use the WU banner (it'll never be the measurement that you want though  ).

It's odd that they do that on the banner, because on the actual WU site they seem to use 1 dp.
