@Kevin, thanks for your "suggestion to reduce the bulk". I finally got around to doing some more with this today. I have down sized these to images 70% and it really speeds up the load time.Resized to match your 804x603 and reduced in bulk is now 62k (less than 1/2 the size of the original)

I did not end up with Xara, I tried GIMP as suggested by Ray (gemini), does everything I'll ever want and a lot of things I'll never know about
