Cumulus Support

I have installed the latest Cumulus software and attempted to configure it properly. Despite my efforts no data is displayed, I receive the following error information:

station not initialized
Byte 0 = 55 Byte 1 = 00
Try resetting the console

I am totally new to this and would appreciate al assistance.

Have you tried resetting the station - remove the batteries and the USB cable? See http://wiki.sandaysoft.com/a/FAQ#When_I ... ialised.22

Thank you, removing the batteries and USB cable worked. Last night I wasn't sure where to look or exactly what I was looking for.
