Cumulus Support

Hi
I am wanting to recalculate our wind speeds from MPH to m/s, this is something I should be able to do in Excel easily enough by dumping in the data files, however, I am not sure which field is what.

Could anyone enlighten me to the structure of the data files so I can convert my wind speeds?
