After going through the process of deleting unwanted rain readings is it possible to reset or adjust the time of the last bucket tip. The accuracy of this reading becomes important during very long periods of drought. If yes, could somebody please explain where and how.

It's stored in today.ini in the data folder; stop Cumulus and edit it.
