Hello,
I was handed an Automated Weather Source PCM-2 at my local amateur radio club meeting. So far my searches on the internet have not found any information. It appears to be a display for weather data.
It has an RJ-11 connector on the back panel with 4 contact pins. The display powers from 12volts and shows all values as 0.
My hopes are that I might be able to use this to display the output from Cumulus. Does anyone have any information at all on the PCM-2? Any help, especially on the interface type and parameters would be appreciated.
Thanks, Rick - K3TOW

Re: Automated Weather Source PCM-2 help?
Some Googling suggests that the device is (or was, a long time ago) associated with Earth Networks, the people who run WeatherBug, so it might be worth contacting them.

Re: Automated Weather Source PCM-2 help?
Thanks Steve,
I did find the reference to the origins of that company, but really couldn't find an appropriate way to contact them about the display box. The friend that gave it to me works for a broadcast television station that subscribes to WeatherBug, so the company connection makes sense. I will have to ask him if he has a contact there that I might try. Was hoping someone here may have had some knowledge about it.
Thanks for the reply, and the search.... and a great piece of software.l
