Hello,
I have a Fine-offset WH-3081 weather station and running this with the latest version of Cumulus 1.9.2.
When Cumulus is not running or when I have the PC turned off, and then when I open up Cumulus up again, it resumes logging from when Cumulus has restarted and does not "catchup" on the data recorded in the weather station base station from the period when the PC was turned off or Cumulus was not active.
Is this normal? Or do I need to adjust a setting in the Cumulus app?
Thanks

Hi.
Have you got "use data logger" ticked in the station settings. Hope that helps you.

Do you have the correct station type set (i.e. the 'with solar sensors' type)?
If you do have the correct station type set, and you do have 'use data logger' ticked (it's the default setting), zip up the diags folder and attach it and I'll have a look.

Thanks for the quick responses.
Yes, I do have Data Logger ticked. The weather station has the solar sensors. It is the WH3081 purchased on ebay.
I am experiencing problems with the solar sensors so the solar sensors are not currently connected until such time that the supplier will send me replacement solar sensors.
Attached is the diags folder. Thank you for taking the time to look into this Steve. I do appreciate this.

You've set the wrong station type:
4/05/2012 21:14:26.671 : Station type: Fine Offset
You need to select the 'with UV/light sensor' type.

Re: Cumulus not catching up recorded weather data
I had the exact same problem, made the same mistake: selected Fine Offset (WH1080 etc) instead of Fine Offset with UV/Light sensor.
Steve's answer fixed it. Great service to a great software, definitely worth a just donation (hope we all chip in enough to keep him going).
Back to the problem. I fear matt.j5b and I are not the only ones to whom this happens. The options dialogue invites a wrong input:

I can't easily change the order, but I can add the reference to the WH3080 (space permitting).
