I use the Standard Metrological day ending at 09:00hrs.
I have a question about the daily Wind Run Calculations.
Yesterday (day ending 26/04/2012 08:59hrs) I had 2 new all time records set.
The daily rain total and the wind run total.
The Rain Total registered as 25th April 2012
The Wind Runregistered as 26th April 2012
Shold the daily Wind Run Total also register as the 25th? Or have I got something wrong somewhere?

Re: Daily Wind Run Calculation.
The timestamps are set each time the record is broken, so for 0900 rollovers you will typically find that some records for the same meteorological day have timestamps from the part of the day before midnight and some afterwards (e.g. the rain total timestamp will be the day before if it didn't rain after midnight). You could say that this is inconsistent and I wouldn't argue with that.
