Recreate the Dayfile.txt file

After a Virtual VP crash yesterday i had to restart Cumulus. On restart i noticed that rainfall details for the month and year were incorrect. I checked the dayfile.txt for any blank lines but was surprised to discover no details from the 5th to the 13th. I checked the April12log file and the records are still there for the missing dates. How do i go about recreating the dayfile.txt file in order to retrieve the data and correct my rainfall details??

Open the dayfile.txt editor from the edit menu and click 'create missing'. See the help for more information.

Hi Steve
I tried that method but it only created to the 6th of April so i'm still missing a weeks worth of entries. anything else i can try??

If it wouldn't create the entries, then either the data isn't there or there is an error in the monthly log file preventing Cumulus from processing it.
