I'm completely new to this forum ... and I have a problem refreshing the realtime.txt file.
I included this file in the Files tab but it does not get refreshed.
I searched the help topics of the software, but I do not find the answer in spite of trying so hard.
I included two screenshots of my settings in the Internet options.
Thanks for helping me out.

Re: Realtime.txt
You don't need to put the realtime.txt file on the files tab, so you should remove it from there.
The most likely reason for the realtime.txt file failing to upload is that you have specified an incorrect ftp path. If your 'normal' (non-realtime) files are being uploaded correctly, then you probably need to leave the directory blank.
If that doesn't fix it, or you are sure you have the correct path set, turn on ftp logging, wait a minute or so, and then attach here the realtimeftplog.txt and ftpls.txt files from the Cumulus folder.
