replacing my weather station- Davis Pro??

when i bought my LaCrosse weather station, more than two years ago, i had no clue about what was good and what was better. as a weather amateur and statistics fan i can say, now, that LaCrosse was a total flop....it didn't record the higher wind gusts, rain amount under 0.5 mm is not recorded, the temp in summertime was about two degrees higher than it should be due to the solar radiation, i lost signal for hours and the fact that the station records only 175 sets of data made me lost many hours of data when i had to shout down my pc. in addition, every break in elecricity led to odd data.. Cumulus didn't like LaCrosse so much....
so, it is time to replace my weather station and begin all statistics from scratch. And here i need your help for deciding.
a weather station which will suit my needs must include:
1) wind- records wind gusts as frequent as possible so i won't lose the main gusts.
2) temp - must be accurate and not affected by solar radiation
3) rain- get the real total rain amount and not affected by the wind, rain will not not lost because of wind. 0.01 or 0.02 mm will be recorded too.
4) sunshine- i want to record the total hours of sunshine everyday. what do i need for that? is there a possibility to have the percentage of sunshine ( out of daylight hours) everyday?
5) metric- i need the data to be metric. as i live outside the USA i know that they don't tend to use metric data. Do i need adapters?
6) compatible with comulus- i want the data to be seen on my pc through comulus. do i need anything in addition for that?
of course, humidity, pressure etc are recorded too.....
i have a house with a garden. i need the station to be wireless. the distance between the garden to the desk where my console and pc are is about 15m.
i am ready to pay more moneythan i paid for LaCrosse.
i will be more than grateful for any comment! thanks in advance!!
