This is what I get using your settings and your today.ini file:
07/04/12 18.18.01.225 . Read today file: Date = 07/04/2012, LastUpdateTime = 07/04/12 19.11.01
I'm sorry, but I don't know why your system thinks that this date:
Timestamp=07/04/2012 19.11.01
is the 4th of July.

Yes, I can't see anything wrong with your date and time formats. Reformatting the PC seems a bit drastic, but if you do decide to do that, you can save the cumulus.ini file, all of the config information is in there. You could also save the 'data' folder, but your dayfile.txt file was in a mess (you seem to have edited it and duplicated a lot of entries, apart from the duplicates that Cumulus has been creating) so would need correcting.
One thing you could try is resetting your Windows settings by changing it to English(US) settings, and then back to Italian (keeping all of the default settings). That might reset whatever it is that is causing the problem.

Yes, use the dayfile.txt editor on the edit menu and click the 'create missing' button so it re-creates the entries using the data logs. But there may be a problem with missing data in the data logs; when the date was interpreted incorrectly as being in the future, Cumulus won't have downloaded the logger data to catch up (as you noticed).

It will be because of all of those duplicate entries in dayfile.txt. The annual total is calculated from the daily totals.

Is there a state ti eliminate the duplicate entry?

You can either edit the file with a text editor, or use the built-in editor in Cumulus. Then restart Cumulus and the annual total should be correct.

I don't understand - duplicate entries are ones with the same date at the beginning. The last dayfile.txt you uploaded had just about every entry duplicated; some of those were created by Cumulus because of the Windows date problem, but it looked like the file had also been copied to itself somehow. I can't think of any way that Cumulus could do that.
