Cumulus Support

I have tha same problem, with others with the twitter. I change password and then i dont have update in twitter. I do as you said. I delete the numbers OauthToken=306606297-baDgbcxERAZv9zfjG8TM7Rcka5lgNVCkZLRKhqsA
OauthTokenSecret=xcSfi630k2CtAD962AoJiR4UYE0gQE3nSliojWuM2c but i didnt take new.

Password=xxxxxxxxxx
Enabled=1
Interval=120
OauthToken=
OauthTokenSecret=
What i am doing wrong?

You set the interval to 120 minutes, but you haven't had Cumulus running for that long. It seems to be working now, anyway.

Hello Steve and thanks for your answer. My cumulus runing always. I just stoped it to copy the diags for helping you.
I saw it again and still hasn't the numbers. Also i dont have updates. Its like this:

Set the Twitter interval to something lower - 5 minutes. Restart Cumulus. Turn on debug log. After 10 minutes, attach the diags files and the debug log here.

It's obtained the oauth tokens and tried to do an update, but Twitter says 'unauthorised'.

No I am sure thats correct. I reset it today and i put the same. I open twitter and i can logon.
I do something different. I saw that the numbers are empty. So i use twitter X auth (i found it in this forum) and i put de numbers in empty token. Now i am waiting to see if it start to work.

Unfortunately nothing huppen. I delete the keys, i revoce access, i change password, i see that i have access again. but still i see in diags HTTP/1.0 401 Unauthorized.

I see also that in cumulus.ini:

All I can suggest is that you send me your password and I'll try it myself.

It works fine for me using your login details, I'm afraid I have no idea why it doesn't work for you - unless you're using a proxy, which Cumulus doesn't support. I've sent you a PM with your tokens, you could try editing those into cumulus.ini (with Cumulus stopped, of course).

I have done it already. No i dont use proxy. It works as it is till 25 od dec. And then it stoped.

You spent a lot of your time with my problem

And suddenly, the ... miracle. Twitter, before 5 hours start to take messages. I dont do something different. I change 3-4 times the twitter.txt. Now its ok: Temperature 17,1 °C. Wind 13,4 km/h NNW. Barometer 1007,7 hPa. Rain today 0,0 mm. Humidity 52%.

It doesn't sound like Cumulus is planning to offer support for uploads (e.g., to Weather Underground) via a proxy server? If so, does anybody have a suggestion for a workaround on Windows 7 SP1?

I'm not sure how you came to that conclusion? There are hundreds of outstanding enhancement requests. If someone has bothered to create one for this, then there is a chance that it will get done, eventually.
