Cumulus wont start

Cumulus wont start

Hi,
I had to switch cumulus off 2 days ago and when I try to restart I open it up and get a dialog box saying downloading data, but nothing happens.
Any ideas what I should do??

It can take a while to download a lot of logger data; no more than a few minutes or so, though. Please zip up the diags folder and attach it.

Your station isn't responding to requests for data; the problem that a number of people are having with Fine Offset stations. A reset should get it going again.
