Edit My Cumulus web page

Hi,
Finally got my web page working and now i want to put a link to a 'about me page' etc onto it.
I have edited the index.htm page in an editor then overwritten the original file in my c'drive. Then uploaded to my site via filezilla, my changes work until the next weather data upload and then like a bent penny the standard cumulus weather page returns!!!
I have managed to change the background image successfully only.
Any ideas what i am doing wrong?

You should edit the IndexT.htm file instead of the index.htm. I have done changes like that with mine.

In the web folder of Cumulus, they are all together in that folder for the different pages for your site. But you did find the Index.htm file.

Hi Matt,

I have looked on my c'drive but cannot find a indexT.htm file in the wedfiles folder...
I am using cumulus version 1.9.2 on a windows 7 pc by the way - i dont know if this has any relevance ??

It should be in the Cumulus folder in C drive or wherever you installed it. See here: http://wiki.sandaysoft.com/a/Customised_templates

Chris if you are making changes to indexT.htm, make sure that if you upgrade your version of Cumulus to the latest version at some later date, you untick the box to overwrite the Web pages, otherwise you will loose your amendments.
